Power Bowl pre-orders ship after production is complete — you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way. Domestic shipping only for the first run.
30-day returns from delivery on unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before production for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@pakdco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
